Who we are

What we collect and why

Your email address, if you join the waitlist. We use it for one purpose: telling you when PolicySnap launches. We also record how you arrived at the page (for example, which link or platform brought you here) so we know which of our posts people found useful. The lawful basis is consent — you gave us the address for this purpose, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Waitlist emails are stored and sent using Loops, our email service provider, acting as our processor.

Analytics without cookies

We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to count page views and signups. Our analytics is configured cookieless: it writes nothing to your device — no cookies, no local storage — which is why you don't see a cookie banner on this site. Analytics data is not linked to your email address.

Hosting and security

The site is served by Cloudflare. To protect the signup form from automated abuse we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a real browser without tracking you across sites.

How long we keep your email

Until you unsubscribe, or until the waitlist has served its purpose after launch, whichever comes first. Unsubscribing removes you from any future sends.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing data@policysnap.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
